15 PAX made the choice to get a little bit better today and came out for a good ol’ block party beat down!
A quick mosey around the dog park/tennis court and back to the basketball court. After that, the following were done in cadence:
- 10 Windmills
- 10 Alternating Supermans
- 10 Block Tempo Squats
- 10 Block Flutters
After that, each PAX did 10 blockees OYO and held the block over their head when completed. Once the 6 was in, a rifle carry to the field of pain for the main event! (No one really wanted to bring their water anyways).
PAX paired off for a little DORA that would take us to the end. YHC had the pleasure of getting to join Apnea and Miley. Just an FYI, be prepared to do a little extra when Miley is counting. The DORA consisted of:
- 50 Block Merkins
- 100 Block Swings
- 200 Block Squats
- 300 Block Pull Throughs (ew)
- 400 Block Curls
While one PAX was doing the block work, the other mosey’d across the field and started with one burpee. Each time the PAX mosey’d across the field, they added one additional burpee per round.
Any PAX that got through the above with time left got the pleasure of doing thrusters until time!
