Pretty chilly this am so YHC had to bundle up in a few layers. Promises were kept to keep the pax warm. YHC had them boys shedding layers like Tom Brady bleeds his own blood.
Little warmup: slow monkey humpers, slow windmill, slow PP, tempo merkin, Rowers, SSH – Hitchhiker was upset we didn’t strt with the same old SSH. How dare I do something different.
Moving on to a little extended warmup:
Pax performed the following Ladder:
Groiner x 10, Rower x 10, Groiner x 9, Rower x 9…1
YHC lined up and did an Indian Run to the Bexley School Parking lot. We did the following:
5 Burpees, 10, Merkins, 15 Rowers, 20 Squats, 1 complete Lap around the parking lot. x 3 total rounds.
After getting smoked and pushed hard by photoshop, we did an Indian Run back to the field with each pax performing 1 burpee at the end of the line.
Once back at the field pax were instructed to line up along the cone. we did some suicides. We started with the following Rate of Perceived Exertion.
25% Max effort, this is exactly the point where I reminded the PAX it was 25% “trust me”, 50 % Max effort, 75% max effort, 100% AYG Motha fucka, 75% max effort, 50 % max effort, 25% max effort, done with no time to spare.
