A chilly Tuesday morning at the Boneyard beckoned two PAX out of the fartsack to sweat off the Valentine’s day candies and sweets. YHC and Seltzer arrived to the boneyard with no other PAX, standing in the gloom trying to keep warm YHC decided it was gonna be a mosey beatdown.

The WarmUp:

  • SSH 20 (IC)
  • Frankenstein 10 (IC)
  • Baby Arm Circles 10 (IC)- forward and backwards
  • Tempo Lunges – 10 (IC) – both sides

The Thang:

  • 2-15
    • Watch set for two minute timer; once it timer goes off do 1 exercise then back to mosey
      • 15 Burpees
      • 15 X factors (HW)
      • 15 Merkins
    • Mosey from boneyard to Bud Bexley Pkwy
      • Mosey to sprint in-between alternating light poles to Bexley Village Drive
      • Continue 2-15 but stack exercises
    • Mosey from Bexley Village to Terrazzo Way
      • Mosey to sprint in-between alternating light poles to Boneyard
    • 7 minutes left
      • Repeat warm-up exercises
      • finish one more set of stacked exercises from above.
