YHC went back to a BD from last year he enjoyed, tweaked it a bit, and shared it with his fellow PAX. The goal was to make sure everyone got at least 100’s burpees and it was successful with time to spare!
- 10 IC Frankensteins
- 10 IC Windmills
PAX started with a mosey to the first roundabout, going clockwise for fun, and did 10 crunchy frogs.
Next, we mosey’d to the next roundabout and did 10 BBS.
After that, we went back the the basketball court for 10 burpees.
The majority of the BD was a rinse and repeat of the above for three more laps. The only change was the count went up by 10 reps every lap for 20, 30, and 40 reps, giving everyone 100 burpees at the end.
At the end, we had about 4 minutes left, so YHC threw in a shoulder burner to get us to time. While holding a squat, the following were done in cadence:
- 10 Baby Arm Circles
- 10 Reverse Baby Arm Circles
- 10 Moroccan Nights
- 10 Seal Claps
- 10 Overhead Seal Claps
