YHC felt in the giving mood Sunday as an injured PAX not to be named requested a no mosey beatdown per his recovering foot. Being in the generous and giving spirit of Easter YHC could not say no to a PAX wanting to come back and ease into the routine. So YHC tossed away the heavy mosey beatdown and came up with just the right blend for an injured brother to come back to. Eagerly awaiting said PAX we were all disheartened when 5:30 came about and Urkel was a no show. But with 6 HIM in attendance off we went quick disclaimer and 5 core principals were recited.

Partner up. Partners perform 100 Merkins, 200 LBCs, 300 Squats, 400 monkey humpers as a team. Here’s the catch…no running. P1 starts with 10 Merkins while P2 planks, then switch. Continue switching between Merkins and plank until 100 total Merkins reached. Next, while P1 does 20 LBCs, P2 performs a 6″ leg hold, at least 2x more than what your M says that 6″ is, until P1 is finished, then switch. Continue switching until all 200 LBCs are completed. Next P1 does 30 squats while P2 does Al Gore, then switch. Continue switching until 300 total squats are completed. Finally, P1 does 40 monkey humpers while P2 does wall sit, then switch. Continue switching until 400 total monkey are completed.
