QIC: Seltzer
PAX POSTED: Floppy, Hitchhiker, Waterboy, Hooker

YHC promoted this beat down as “monkey-hump” day but had zero intentions of monkey-humpers for today’s program after a grueling penalty the day prior (thanks Hooker).

WARM-UP
Immediate mosey to the tennis court parking area to get the blood flowing with the following:
High Knees
Carioca (both ways)
Reverse Mosey
Sprint
Mosey to inside the tennis courts for continued warm-ups
SSH x 15 IC
Frankenstein IC
Tie Fighters Ic
Peter Parkers x 10 IC
Merkins x 15 OYO

THE THANG:
Mosey around the District fields to a small pavilion for 30 step-ups the hard way. Once six was in mosey continues to the middle of the large open field where 5 lit cones were strung in a line (about 20 yards apart). Also present was one coupon that would be used.

Starting from the end cone, 1 PAX would be the block carrier. The block carrier performs the following at each cone
10 curls, 10 SP, 10 swings, 10 blerkin.

All other PAX perform the following (alternating at end of each round of 5 cones);
10 merkins, 10 squats, 10 LBC, 10 burpees
10 shoulder taps, 10 jump squats, 10 BBS, 10 burpees

After all PAX have completed a set at each cone, all Sprint to the farthest cone and back. The block carrier then carries the block to the next cone with the group for rinse and repeat. Once all cones have been completed a new block carrier is assigned. All pax except for YHC were able to perform block duties due to time constraints. (Lesson learned, may be better to alternate block carriers after each cone instead of after the entire 5 cone cycle).

As time drew near we finished with 30 dips on nearby benches with a mosey return to the flag.

COT: Grateful for opportunity to improve ourselves physically and mentally. Prayers for those that may be going through struggles.
