Making Noodle Soup

A beautiful morning and a great turnout at the Ranch. 5:30 came with everyone ready and on time. Started with 5 core principles, and then we got busy.
Baby arm circles/reverse 10 IC
Franken steins 10 IC
Windmills 10 IC
Tappity Tap Taps 10 IC
Mosey around the dog park
We headed to the field with Cindy and lined up on the sidewalk.
Murder bunny hops to mid-field.
10 presses, 10 curls, 10 swings, 10 blerkins, 10 (side to side)
Mosey to end of the field and mosey back to block. Grab Cindy and walking press back to start.
Once back at the start, we did 20 calf raises, 10 step-ups (hard), 10 dips, 10 big boy sit-ups, 5 burpees.
Rinse and repeat.
At 6:05 am, we broke into 3 teams. Teams lined up on the sidewalk. Farmer carries to mid-field. Mosey back to the sidewalk. Next PAX mosey to blocks and farmer carries back. Two rounds. The winning team did 5 SSH. Losers did 10 burpees. One more relay, one round this time.
6:15 headed back to the courts.
