Mosey towards Tower Road and Sunlake stopping for one set of Bruce Lee at each mile.
Stopped at Sunlake Blvd for some Monkey Humpers. Total 3 sets of Bruce Lees
Back to the Flag to complete targeted 4 miles.
One set of Mucho Chesto and with few minutes remaining, we did 10 reps of each pax’s favorite exercise.
