Mosey Wednesday!!!

Beautiful morning to go to Bronx and back with some intense Mosey. 5 HIM showed up to get some good mosey with Big Papi!!!!!

Mosey to roundabout:

  • SSH
  • Tempo squats
  • Merkins
  • Windmills
Mosey to parking lot:
5 merkins
5 squats
5 BBS
Every run will increase by 5
Next exercise:
4 stations
  • bear crawl to first cone: 5 Merkins
  • Walking lunges to 2nd cone: 5 Squats
  • Bunny hops to 3rd cone: 5 LBC’s
  • Walk to last cone: 5 American Hammers
Repeat 4X and increase each time by 5.

Next Exercise:
Pax will run around the parking lot while partners will do the following exercises.
  • Merkins
  • Squats
  • Flutter kicks

Mosey to Roundabout with one stop for 10 Merkins.

10 BBS @ the roundabout and straight to the Flag.

I had to excuse myself since i was feeling a little weak while doing the mosey!
