Five HIM convened together for a Wednesday District beat down.

A rifle carry to the park to get us to our warm up.

Warmup:

All IC:

  • 10 SSH
  • 10 Tempo Squats
  • 10 Frankensteins
  • 10 Bird Dogs
  • 10 Tappity Tap Tap

The Thang

Simple today, four exercises for four rounds. Started with 40 reps each and decreased by 10 each round:

  • Block Squats
  • Curls
  • Skull Crushers
  • Block Derricks with Row (ew)

Once done, a rifle carry back to the flag for another four rounds and again starting at 40 reps and decreasing by 10:

  • Irkins
  • Elevated Balls to Heaven
  • Dips
  • Side Step Up with Knee Drive (ew)
