The Thang
Simple today, four exercises for four rounds. Started with 40 reps each and decreased by 10 each round:
- Block Squats
- Curls
- Skull Crushers
- Block Derricks with Row (ew)
Once done, a rifle carry back to the flag for another four rounds and again starting at 40 reps and decreasing by 10:
- Irkins
- Elevated Balls to Heaven
- Dips
- Side Step Up with Knee Drive (ew)
