Six PAX ignored the call to sleep in on a holiday and entered the gloom for a Memorial Day beat down.
Run around the perimeter of the soccer complex. Once back at the start, the following exercises were done in cadence:
- Tempo Squats
- Bird Dogs
Before the mosey started, a little picnic table work. 10 reps of the following exercises were done for four rounds:
- Box Jumps
- Bulgarian Split Squats
Early PAX enjoyed a wall sit. After a quick sip, it was burpee suicide time!
PAX started at one end of the parking lot and went to the end for one burpee, then came back to the start for two burpees. Every round the distance got shorter by one tree (on the right side), but the burpee count went up every time. Most PAX finished with a 100+ burpees.
With less than a minute left, a nice wall sit till 6:15.
