Much O chest O
Mosey to courts
Tennis courts Dora Partner up and do the following:
100 hand release Merkin
200 groiners
300 monkey humpers
Partner runs around courts hugging fence
Mosey to roundabout
Burpee bear crawl
Bear crawl each tree
1 burpee at start then bear crawl to next tree
2 burpees and then bear crawl to next tree
so on at each tree up to 6
Mosey to start
Bruce Lee and with 1 minute remaining wall sit when done.
