A hot and humid Monday brought seven PAX to the District to kick off the week. At 5:30 sharp, a quick disclaimer was given and we jumped into it.

Warmup:

The Thang:

The following exercises were done for 1 minute each:

  • High Knees
  • SSH
  • Mosey in Place
  • Butt Kickers
  • Kneeling Squats

Three rounds of the following:

  • 25 Squats
  • 20 Jump Squats
  • 15 Burpees

Three rounds of the following:

  • 25 MT Climbers (HW)
  • 20 Merkins
  • 15 Balls to Sky

Three rounds of the following:

  • 25 Alt Lunges (HW)
  • 20 Sumo Squats
  • 15 Calf Raises

The following exercises were done for 1 minute each:

  • American Hammer
  • Low Plank
  • Freddy Merc
  • Superman Hold
  • Feet 6 inches Hold

YHC underestimated how quickly we’d get done, so a quick mosey around the hut, followed by following exercises were done for 1 minute each:

  • High Knees
  • SSH
  • Mosey in Place
  • Butt Kickers
  • Kneeling Squats (this was like 20 seconds to save time and knees)
  • American Hammer
  • Low Plank
  • Freddy Merc
  • Superman Hold
  • Feet 6 inches Hold
