A hot and humid Monday brought seven PAX to the District to kick off the week. At 5:30 sharp, a quick disclaimer was given and we jumped into it.

The following exercises were done for 1 minute each:
- High Knees
- SSH
- Mosey in Place
- Butt Kickers
- Kneeling Squats
Three rounds of the following:
- 25 Squats
- 20 Jump Squats
- 15 Burpees
Three rounds of the following:
- 25 MT Climbers (HW)
- 20 Merkins
- 15 Balls to Sky
Three rounds of the following:
- 25 Alt Lunges (HW)
- 20 Sumo Squats
- 15 Calf Raises
The following exercises were done for 1 minute each:
- American Hammer
- Low Plank
- Freddy Merc
- Superman Hold
- Feet 6 inches Hold
YHC underestimated how quickly we’d get done, so a quick mosey around the hut, followed by following exercises were done for 1 minute each:
- High Knees
- SSH
- Mosey in Place
- Butt Kickers
- Kneeling Squats (this was like 20 seconds to save time and knees)
- American Hammer
- Low Plank
- Freddy Merc
- Superman Hold
- Feet 6 inches Hold
