Merkins X 10 IC
Starting at light post 1 all PAX ran to light post 3, did 10 merkins, then ran back to light post 1 to do 10 squats, then ran back to light post 3 for 10 burpees, then ran to light post 1 for 10 LBCs. We repeated this sequence until all PAX had done 4 sets. Smoggy must have had his wheaties this morning because he was killing it today, leading the pack.
With about 15 minutes left, we started the Red Barchetta
Starting at light post 1 all PAX ran to light post number 5, did 100 SSH, ran back to light post 1 and did another 100 SSH. YHC never thought SSH would be that tiring.
All PAX ran to light post number 4, did 75 Mountain Climbers (easy way), ran back to light post 1 and did another 75 mountain climbers.
YHC called an audible with 5 minutes left, quick 10 count, and then mosey back to the courts to finish up right at 6:15.
