We mosey to the soccer field to do the following:
- Suicides
- 10 Burpees
- 20 Merkins
- 30 Shoulder Taps
- 40 BBS
- 50 Flutter kicks
- repeat 3X
- 123 Dora:
- 100 Merkins with a combination of 10 dirkins
- 200 Flutter kicks with a combination of 10 dips
- 300 BBS with a combination 10 Step ups.
- Mosey back to the flag, but first a set of 20 of the following exercises:
- 20 Mountain Climbers
- 20 Freddie mercuries
- 20 Squats.
- Mosey to the flag to conclude our morning.
