Turns out getting old really sucks as YHC threw his back out about 3/4 way through the beatdown. Shout out to Petey who still made the trek and performed the beatdown at our Ranch location on his own, this guy is a beast. Pretty sure a dog bit Chowdah in the ass but he still pushed through. Still waiting for the rest of the PAX to put 2 and 2 together and see what the first letter of each exercise from today spells out for the special meaning…Prayers for all those in Florida affected by Ian that they can recover and stay safe.
