With the rain stopping and a beat down that looked great on paper, YHC rolled into the Boneyard who wanted to do a little block work on a Tuesday morning. Before the block work could begin, some words were said and a warmup completed.
Warmup:
In cadence:
- 15 SSH
- 10 Ankle Grabbers
- 10 Bridge Heel Tappers
OYO:
- 10 Leg Circles
4 Rounds:
Now that we were warmed up, we went tabata style:
- 1:00 thruster
- 15 rest
- 1:00 side pull through
- 15 rest
- 1:00 lunge twist
- 15 rest
- 1:00 curls
- 15 rest
Repeat for four rounds.
3 Rounds:
- 5 derricks (hw) at tree one
- Bear crawl to tree two
- 5 merkins, sprint to tree three
- 5 blockees on end
- Reverse mosey back
Repeat for three rounds.
2 Rounds:
- Block drag (bear crawl pull block) from tree 1 to tree 3
- Rifle carry back
Repeat for two rounds.
1 Round:
One set of Bruce Lee with 10 overhead block presses between exercises
Bonus Time:
The PAX crushed the above, so we got to do the following until time:
- Romanian Deadlift
- Burpee
Start with 1 each and add a rep every round until 6:15.
