YHC saw the call out by Hooker that the Q list was looking for some HIM to lead. YHC recognized he hadn’t been as presented as desired and the lack of sleep was starting to seem like a new lifestyle (due to the 2.0)
The 6am spot was filled with the idea to get back in the saddle. Message of block requirements were sent and the gloom awaited it’s fulfillment of eager PAX.
The Warm-up:

The Thang:
Part 1: Let’s pump those numbers up
Partner up (2 PAX). While Partner runs mile other partner does exercises

- 5 exercises- 10 reps each- count how many sets completed
- Between the 5 PAX we completed a sum of 30 sets
Part 2: Using the number
Start at stop sign on Welling Terrace, carry block (with whichever preferred carry method) to stop sign, drop block and mosey back but turn back around for your block. Bring block back to the start then drop and rinse/repeat. Each trip (block or not) down welling terrace is 1. Goal was to hit 30 laps but with time alotted Hitchhiker led with 17 laps.
Part 3: Recover
Back to the boneyard- stretching for remainder of 4 minutes.
