It was a glorious morning in the Gloom. As the fog slowly lifted and the moon became bright and full we gathered the day after turning our clocks back an hour. With the extra hour of rest, 3 HIM beat the fart sack and made their way out to put themselves through a Hooker led street pole workout. 5:30 hit and location was given to Apnea because the extra hour wasn’t enough. As a fantasy football owner he had to contemplate being a HIM and doing the unpopular but right decision to sit Alvin Kamara. I know that in the end he will make the moral and just decision for himself and his reputation.
Off we started with quick disclaimer and 5 core principles. I like repeating them because it helps remind us of our goals and mission.
The Warm up:

Mosey to corner of the main entrance to where the women work out.
Starting with the 1st street light
5 Squats and 5 burpees each light pole
Mosey to the next light all the way to the end. If you get too far ahead lunge walk till the 6 picks up the 12.
On the way back
10 Squats and 10 hand release merkins at each light
Lunge walk if you get too far ahead waiting for 6
Finish and then mosey to main entrance of the school

Back to start with a few minutes remaining we wall sit for 1 minute and step ups 1 minute each till 6:15
