YHC saw Hitchhikers’ message on slack for a 6am beatdown. Q sheet was open and that was that. The feelings of eating like the holidays are 24/7 set in and some mosey was on deck. The gloom has a temp somewhere in the 50s, and brought 6 PAX.
The Warm up:
- SSH 20 (IC)
- Twist and pivot (10)
- Baby arm circles 10 (IC)
- Leg swings
- Forward and sideways -10 each and each leg
Ikea appeared into the gloom a few seconds into arm circles
The Thang:
- Mosey, every 5 minutes each PAX stops and does 5 exercise, 5 reps each
- LBCs
- Superman’s
- Merkins
- Squats
- Carolina dry docks
- Mosey took us from Boneyard westbound to the Bexley club house, down to Metmore and back to the Boneyard with 4ish minutes to spare.
Next exercise, controlled high knees. YHC called out the movement, hold otherwise. Total 30 reps, afterwards plank holds but called out different holds.
