The Thang:
Started off with some mosey heading south out of Starkey Ranch District park, Stopped at the corner of Monroe Mdws Dr. and Lake Blanche Dr for 10 OYO burpees, fired back-up the mosey all the way to Cunningham Park for some rinse and repeat.
Hit the 4 corners of the parking lot at Cunningham Park, 1st corner 10 burpees, Karaoke to the other corner for 15 merkins, bear crawl to the other corner for 25 big boy sit-up, karaoke to the other corner for 25 bobby hurleys, backward bear crawl & rinse and repeat.
Mosey out of Cunningham Park to the school, lined up for indian run back the park, finished with some balls to the wall and wall squat – 6:15!
