Perfect foggy morning for a run at the District! PAX was pleased to hear that we would be taking it easy for some mosey!
Warmup:
15 x Tempo Squat
15 x baby arm circles
15 x hillbilly’s
15 leg swings both legs
15 shoulder taps
10 second plank hold left and right side.
The Thang:
Mosey from the park and headed for this hills!. Worked our way down Rangeland Blvd until we hit Starkey Blvd. Made a few stops along the way for 25 leg raises, 25 flutters, 15 SSH, 25 dying cockroaches. PAX believe we accumulated a little over 3 miles of mosey. Fun for all!
