It was a pleasant morning at the Ranch! 12 men came ready to work knowing there might be at least 3 miles of mosey. The Clydesdales weren’t to psyched with that consideration. Good thing, old Waterboy was joking and had pre-planned a together forever brother beat down.
Warm Up:
Tempo Squats
Flutter kicks
Shoulder taps
Right arm plank & left arm plank

The Thang:
10 burpees/wall sit x 3 sets
Partner sit ups 25 reps with short mosey x 4 sets
Partner get ups/pull ups x 3 sets 1-10 reps each arm, followed by two more sets. 5 reps each arm
Push ups and high jump 15 reps x 3 sets
SSH/inch worm 10 worms while the other PAX SSH
