Yoga doesn’t mean you can’t do burpees

Six days into the burpees madness and YHC was feeling tight. The recently pasted Saturday beatdown had some PAX calling for some yoga. With the temperature in the 60’s and humid at it’s normal levels with a slight breeze it was some to get some stretching in.

The Warm-Up:

  • 10 SSH (IC)
  • 10 Leg swings (front-to-back, side-to-side) OYO
  • 10 burpees OYO
    • every 5 minutes watcher time goes off, 10 burpees commence
  • 10 calf raises HW (OYO)
  • 10 Imperial Walkers (IC)
  • 10 Windmills (IC)

The Thang:

Mosey to the tennis courts, circle up.

  • 30 seconds
    • soccer runs
    • squats
    • merkins
  • 10 count break
  • 45 seconds
    • soccer runs
    • squats
    • merkins
  • 10 count break
  • 1 minutes
    • soccer runs
    • squats
    • merkins
  • Yoga time (every 5 minutes, 10 burpees)
    • downward dogs
    • upward dogs
    • runners lunges with some hip openers
    • figure-4 leg
    • table top
    • arm stretches
    • Mosey back to the starts
    • slow skaters
