Double step over block 1 burpee for a total of 25 burpees
Shoulder Presses 4 x 10 with 5 burpees between each set
Block swing 4 x 10 with 10 BBS between each set
Chest press and flutter kicks in sequence 4 x 25 easy way with 5 burpees between each set
Tricep extensions 4 x15 with 5 burpees between each set
Curls 4 x 10 with 5 burpees between each set
Bent over rows 4 x 10 with 20 LBCs between each set
Lunges until 6:15
