Something about this morning had the Q feeling a little frisky and awnry. It must of been that I was up at 4AM or it could of possibly been the beautiful weather. None the less it was a great morning to get with all the brother of F3 Nature Coast for brutal beat down!
Warm Up: 15 x SSH, 15 Mountain Climbers, 10 x Tempo Squats and 10 x Merkins OYO
The Thang:
Started off with a bit of mosey to the roundabout, then we lined up for a long line Indian run to the corner of Sunlake Blvd.
So the plan was to work our way down Sunlake to the corner of Nighshade Dr. I believe that is about 14 light poles. The task was to run down 2 light pole lengths, stop for 5 burpees, shuffle back one light pole and complete 10 merkins. This was a rinse and repeat format changing the shuffle sides per pole and including back pedal in the change rotation. Left no man behind and PAX was picking up the 6.
Another short mosey to the corner of Serenoa for a quick set of Bruce Lee’s, then we started another long line Indian Run back to the courts, just short of the courts Q shouted out “jail break” for a sprint back to the courts where we finished off with a low plank until 6:15.
