YHC had a little trouble leaving the house and arrived with minutes to spare. No problem as no one was there. While walking around figuring out what to do, Lunch Break came rolling in.

The Thags:

Basic idea was blocks of time, moving in a block, all exercises using the block.

Block 1:

The PAX would perform three exercises, five reps each, at all four corners of the three field soccer complex. The PAX carried their block to each corner in whatever manner they liked.

Exercises: Blockees, Kneel-2-Stands, Overhead press

Block 2 (the one where Apnea showed up at the end):

The PAX would perform three exercises, ten reps each, at all four corners of two field soccer fields. The PAX carried their block to each corner in whatever manner they liked.

Exercises: Good mornings, Block to the sky, BlockBBS

Block 3:

The PAX would perform three exercises, fifteen reps each, at all four corners of one soccer field The PAX carried their block to each corner in whatever manner they liked.

Exercises: Thrusters, RDL, Swings

Block 4:

The PAX would perform three exercises, twenty reps each, at all four corners of half a soccer field. The PAX carried their block to each corner in whatever manner they liked.

Exercises: Block straight arm lifts, Rows, Curls
