PAX POSTED: Lunch Break

Beautiful Wednesday morning. I was anticipating a good number of PAX to join the fun. That didn’t happen, but old trusty Lunch Break made his presence known.

Warm-up

15 X SSH, 15 X tappy tap tap, 15 X tempo Squats, 15 X flutter kicks, 15 X DBA thrusters, 15 x merkins and some plank holds.

The Thang

A little mosey  – 1 set through the all the below exercises, more mosey and then another set through the below exercises.

10 x lunges HW

15 x swings 

15 x tricep dip 

15 x Suitcase deadlift

15 x shovel curl press 

15 x  overhead sit-up 

15 x shouldering squat 

15 – push up kick out 

15 – one arm row 

15 – Cross Body Chop
