A little mosey – 1 set through the all the below exercises, more mosey and then another set through the below exercises.

15 x swings
15 x tricep dip
15 x Suitcase deadlift
15 x shovel curl press
15 x overhead sit-up
15 x shouldering squat
15 – push up kick out
15 – one arm row
15 – Cross Body Chop
