YHC saw Seltzer’s backblast and was inspired to created a Chowdah 1000 rep beatdown. The dry erase was marked up with exercises and awaiting to be grab as a shield against fartsacking as we road into the gloom on our noble chariot! (aka Seltzer’s golf cart)
The Warm Up:
- SSH- 10 (IC)

Near the end we had to modify the following: Burpees to burps, HW to EW
Stopped 4ish minuted before time and ran back to the boneyard to stretch and cool down.
