Quick sip of water and then out to the parking lot and mosey over to the playground to get the blood flowing. Morning Call on the pull-up bars with each PAX doing 5 pull-ups while all PAX held plank and did merkins at the same time as the pull-ups (5 pull-ups and 50 merkins for all PAX).
Mosey to the lake path for today’s fun based off the Zachary Tellier Hero WOD with some Indian run added in. Mosey around the west side of the lake path to the first gate where everyone did

Indian run to the next gate and continuing around the tennis court back to the basketball court with 5 minutes left. The last part of the WOD was supposed to be 10 Burpees, 25 Merkins, 50 Lunges, 100 BBSU, and 150 squats but with less than 5 minutes left, YHC called another audible and decided to play some music so all PAX could catch their BREATHE.
Fabolous’s song Breathe was played and all PAX did 1 burpee for every “breathe” mentioned in the track (42 in total or about 1 burpee every 6 seconds)
Song ended almost right at 615. Great job by all PAX today.
