It seems like everytime YHC does a partner workout that we have an odd number. It was a pleasant surprise with coming up with a workout for a threesome, we had the perfect number of PAX on a beautiful Thursday morning!
Warmup:

- 10: Static crunch tomahawk chop (thanks Tebow!)

The Thang:
Math can be hard, so can coming up with a plan. It was fun to see how different groups handled the following.
Each group of three had to split 200 reps of the following exercises. 100 reps of exercise A and 100 of exercise B:
- Merkins/Star Jumps
- Burpees/BBS
- Pull ups/Supermans
- Box Jumps/Mountain Climbers(HW)
- Irkins/Groiners
- Dips/Dry Docks
- Shoulder Taps(HW)/SSH
- Burp/LBC
- Derricks(HW)/Crab Cakes(HW)
- Kneel-2-Stands(HW)/WW1
There was also a timer so every 4 minutes and 15 seconds, a gong rang out for everyone to run across the FOP and back.
