4 Corners – set of 4
Corner 1 = 10 burpees (bear crawl to next corner)
Corner 2 = 10 knees to stand HW (75% mosey to next corner)
Corner 3 = 15 big boy sit-up and Freddy Mercury’s (bear crawl to next corner)
Corner 4 = 15 sumo squats and monkey humppers (75% mosey to next corner)
Planks, hold superman, side plank right, side plank left and 50 on cadence flutters
