It was a wonderful Wednesday morning at The District! Just a 80 degree morning with 87% humidity………time for a SweatFest!

Warm up: 

Short Mosey

Squats, Reverse Lunges, Mountain Climbers, Seal Clap, Arm Circles, Tappy, Tap, Tap, Side Stretch, Toe Touches and Twists

The Thang:

A little light pole work – One Bruce Lee exercise per pole x 25 reps, Burpee accelerators 1 – burpee per light pole up to 10 light poles, Side plank walk 5 reps right and 5 reps left with a mosey to the next light pole and then mosey back to start!
