Muggy humid hump day with 3 PAX joining YHC for a sweat fest at The District. Prompt start at 5:30 a.m.

WARM-UP:
SSH x 10 IC
Frankenstein x 15 IC
Windmills x 10 IC
Heels to Heaven (Tempo) x 10 IC

Mosey over to the Day Care parking lot.

THE THANG:
There are 4 light poles through the parking lot, entrance to entrance. PAX were instructed to do laps as follows and each lap started with burpees and ended with Bruce Lees. There are 2 exercises with 20 reps each to be done at each pole.
LAP 1
Burpees x 5 OYO, At each light pole perform Merkins and MCs (hard) x 20 each
After the 4th pole continue mosey around the block back to start.
End the lap with a full Bruce Lee routine.
LAP 2
Burpees x 5 OYO, Shoulder Taps (hard) and Smurf Jacks x 20 each at each pole
Same as above to finish lap and complete Bruce Lee
LAP 3
Burpees x 5 OYO, Squats x 10, Squat Jumps x 10, Peter Parkers (hard) x 20 at each pole
Same as above to finish lap and complete Bruce Lee

Mosey back to flag with 0 time to spare.
