Mosey to the roundabout for some Tempo Squats, Mountain Climbers, High Knees, SSH, Shoulder Taps, BBS and Carolina Dry Docks
Mosey to Sunlake for a little bit of partner pole dancing! One PAX did a 15 rep exercise and the other PAX stayed moving with another exercise until the reps were completed. Then each PAX switched exercises.
15 burpees/SSH, 15 Squats/BBS, 15 Merkins/High Knees, 15 Shoulder Taps/Flutter Kicks, 15 Lunges/Superman, 15 Mountain Climbers/Freddy Mercury’s, 15 Hand Release Merkins/Jump Squats.
Started an Indian Run heading back, stopped for LBC’s at the round about by the lake, took off for some more Indian Run. Decided to pair up and push each other for more mosey back to the courts, where some of the PAX’s had stated a round robin of pick your exercise and we brough the Clydesdales home for rest!
