Warmup:
Side Straddle Hop,Tempo Squat, Hill Billy, Baby arm circles, Shoulder taps, Murican
Then there was a small mosey to the “Hill”
Pax partnered up and bear crawled up the hill 3X while partner was doing burpees. Then we switched to crawl bear up hill 3X while partner was squatting. Finally lungewalk 3X uphill while partner was doing the monkey humpers.
Then all pax did 3X long jump up hill.
Mosey to the tables for some table work. Wing nuts, dirkins, irkins, dips, step ups, box jumps.
Mosey back to base for some core work. Flutter kicks and big boi sit-ups.
Ended it off with a 1.5 minute plank.
