WARMUP

All veterans were present, quick disclaimer was given, and we started at the courts with the warmup

Seal Claps X 10 IC

Overhead Claps X IC

Merkins X 10 IC

Quick sip of water before we headed out and YHC advised that we wouldn’t be back until 615(ish).

Mosey to the main roundabout and then continued on Nature View Drive.

YHC explained that starting at the next light pole and every light pole (left or right) until we got to the next roundabout, we would be doing 3 burpees, 6 merkins, and 9 squats. Circle back for the six and then we all did one set of bruce lees. Mosey along the roundabout until we got to Long Lake Ranch Blvd where the next set of exercises at each light pole was 3 Carolina Dry Docks, 6 Hand Release Merkins, and 9 Calf Raises (alternating between feet straight, feet pointed out, and feet pointed in). These were done until we got to the second Zamia Loop intersection. Last set of exercises that was done until the dead end roundabout were 3 Diamond Merkins, 6 Walking Lunges, and 9 Monkey Humpers. With time running short, YHC called and audible and had all PAX mosey straight to the dead end roundabout where we all did one set of 5 Diamond Merkins, 10 Walking Lunges, and 15 Monkey Humpers. AYG back to the courts just in time at 615.
