Mosey to the main roundabout for an old P90X style exercise. Each PAX grabs a line, performs one burpee at each line with walking lunges in between while staying on toes.
Mosey to the corner of sunlake blvd. Heading south on sunlake blvd, Catch Me If You Can with last PAX doing one burpee and then running to the front of the line. We did two full cycles and then stopped.
Heading back north, at each light pole, each PAX did 1 burpee, 5 merkins, 10 squats, and 15 monkey humpers. At each subsequent light pole, we added one more burpee. We finished back at the corner at 9 burpees. Mosey back towards the courts but with a quick stop at the playground for a quick Morning Call
Each PAX took their turn to do 5 pull-ups with all other PAX holding plank and doing a matching number of merkins. Mosey back to the court to finish up with pick your own exercise starting with FacePlant and then Grouper. Unfortunately, YHC forgot which two exercises were done which means I need to do the backblasts on time and the same day.
