Mosey to the corner of sunlake blvd. Heading north on sunlake blvd, all PAX mosey to the 8th light pole. Today’s fun was a modification of the Exicon’s 1st and 10.
Starting at the eighth light pole, all PAX did 10 Merkins + 1 Burpee followed by mosey back to the first light pole.
Mosey to the 7th light pole for 9 Merkins + 2 Burpees and then mosey back to the first light pole.
Mosey to the 6th light pole for 8 Merkins + 3 Burpees and then mosey back to the first light pole.
Mosey to the 5th light pole for 7 Merkins + 4 Burpees and then mosey back to the first light pole.
Mosey to the 4th light pole for 6 Merkins + 5 Burpees and then mosey back to the first light pole.
Mosey to the 3rd light pole for 5 Merkins + 6 Burpees and then mosey back to the first light pole.
Mosey to the 2nd light pole for 4 Merkins + 7 Burpees and then mosey back to the first light pole.
Pick up the six and then a quick set of Bruce Lees at the corner.
Indian run to the main an old P90X style exercise. Each PAX grabs a line, performs one squat at each line with walking lunges in between while staying on toes.
Mosey back to the court with less than 2 minutes remaining so we finished off with a circle burp with high knees in between.
