WARMUP

All veterans were present, quick disclaimer was given, and we started with a warmup of

Baby Arm Circles Forward X 10 IC

Baby Arm Circles Reverse X 10 IC

Seal Claps X 10 IC

Merkins X 10 IC

Mosey around the dog park/tennis court and back to the court for today’s fun.

The exicon states that the Bill Murray is a set where all PAX do 10 merkins, 10 squats, 10 BBSU, and 10 burpees then run a lap. Rinse and repeat 10 times. After the 3rd or 4th round, PAX may feel like they are in Groundhog Day.

The Sheldon Cooper involves doing 10 burpees, 10 Squats, 10 Big Boy Situps, 10 Merkins then running one lap. Then 9, 9, 9, 9 of the same exercises until 1, 1, 1, 1 is reached.

Today’s beatdown was a nice blend of the two sets:

All PAX started by doing 10 Burpees, 10 Squats, 10 World War I Situps, and 10 Merkins followed by one lap around the dog park/tennis courts. All exercises were dropped by one rep each subsequent round with the exceptions of burpees which we did 10 of each round. All PAX completed all ten rounds or got to the last round before time ran out.
