Blocked up at the Boneyard

YHC signed up for a three-peat to make sure I’m accountable and posting for the at least 3 days in the week. (YHC has a goal set for # of Qs and # of beatdowns attended in 2024) Blocks are a require for all three days and the goal is to keep PAX pumping that cindy and staying warm. The morning was chilly with 2 PAX making the decision to overcome the resistance of the fartsack and block it up!

Warm Up:

  • 20 SSH (IC)
  • 10 Windmills (IC)
  • 10 Overhead claps (IC)
  • 10 Baby arm circles
  • Mosey/slowey w/ the block to the school

The Thang:

  • 4 exercises + laps
    • Complete set of exercises then do a lap
    • 25 reps each exercise
      • Goblet squat
      • Curls
      • Overhead Press
      • LBC
    • Rinse & reps
  • With 15 minutes left after 4 sets YHC gave the PAX some stretches to do before slowey back to the boneyard
