YHC signed up for a three-peat to make sure I’m accountable and posting for the at least 3 days in the week. (YHC has a goal set for # of Qs and # of beatdowns attended in 2024) Blocks are a require for all three days and the goal is to keep PAX pumping that cindy and staying warm. The morning was chilly with 2 PAX making the decision to overcome the resistance of the fartsack and block it up!
Warm Up:
- 20 SSH (IC)
- 10 Windmills (IC)
- 10 Overhead claps (IC)
- 10 Baby arm circles
- Mosey/slowey w/ the block to the school
The Thang:
- 4 exercises + laps
- Complete set of exercises then do a lap
- 25 reps each exercise
- Goblet squat
- Curls
- Overhead Press
- LBC
- Rinse & reps
- With 15 minutes left after 4 sets YHC gave the PAX some stretches to do before slowey back to the boneyard
