The following cycle then ensued for every 4 driveways, for a succession of 43 driveways in total. This took place on the backstreets behind the 36 houses that surround Whitfield Park, so It would have been hard for Apnea to find the other pax at this particular beatdown, and after the fact YHC thought one of us should have worn a cowbell in case he showed up.
- Forward mosey to driveway #1
- 2 burpees
- Left shuffle facing house on right to driveway #2
- 2 burpees
- Right shuffle facing house on left to driveway #3
- 2 burpees
- Backward mosey to driveway #4
- 2 burpees
- Rinse/repeat cycle 10 more times until you reach the last 3 houses on Lake Blanche Drive as you approach roundabout

Set of 11’s Increasing reps of monkey humpers (1-10 reps each set) & decreasing reps of calf raises (10-1 each set), with 1 burpee after each set of 11 reps

Light pole work:
