Location does make the difference. April 29th 2024, Monday Morning at the Bonyard, 13 PAX ready to start the week with some sweat and old school beatdown.
Warm up: Circle up around the cinder block. A PAX in turn does 5 Blockies while the other PAX do OYO SSH, Frankenstein, Baby Arm Circle
Mosey around the block stopping for following exercises:
- 3 rounds of 2 Burpees, 5 Merkins, 10 Squats [4 stops]
- 11s with Mountain Climber and Plank Jack [1 stop]
- 20 Leg Raises and 20 Flutter Kicks [1 stop]
Dora at the Field: (partners cumulative count)
- 100 Big Boys Sit-ups
- 200 Leg Raises
- 300 Dying Cockroach
- Bear crawls half of the field and mosey to and back from the sidewalk and Crab walk from half-way.
Block was left on the path of the PAX with the option voluntarily MURDER BUNNY instead of Bear Crawl/Mosey or Crab walk.
But NO ONE LIKES MURDER BUNNY, the block was left alone. May be the Q should have started it 🙂
