Nice early morning mosey to Cunningham park to hit the zones! Everything is the hardway and PAX choice on how to proceed to the next zone. sprint, bear crawl, high knees, karaoke, etc.

We all completed 2 sets of the zones and of course Haka completed 2.5 sets before we needed to mosey back to base camp.
