YHC woke up this morning with a stiff one, my neck that is. The pain attempting to roll out of the fartsack was enough to give a bit more of a kick to the old keister to get up and out to the gloom. The brisk morning brought 20 PAX out and during the minutes leading up YHC saw everyone doing some preliminary stretch and thought to himself, let’s expand on this!


  • 15 SSH (IC)
  • 10 Windmill (IC)
    • inflection on the 9th by accident due to neck…
  • 10 Hill-Billies (IC)
  • 10 Tempo Merkins (IC)
  • 10 Imperial Walkers (IC)
  • Mosey around the dog park and back to the courts

The Thang:

  • Compounding Yoga
    • Breathing( Inhale – Exhale utilize arms up)
    • ” ” –> foward fold/hang
    • ”  ” –> to plank
    • ”  ” –> to upward dog, then downward dog
    • ”  ” –> rinse repeat and add warrior series (warrior 1, adding on to warrior 3- set of 5 one legged warrior 3 squats)
  • sweating by now
    • Foward fold to plank
    • on the 6- rotation for back and hip opener
    • on the keister- figure 4 series
  • sweating slowing
    • arm stretches
      • left side shoulder, right side shoulder
    • on all fours
      • opposite side out and bringing them in to touch at center.
