While the IronPax is a lot of fun, YHC was excited to just have a normal Q again. Some planned, some made up on the fly, but back to a regular Monday BD.

Warmup:

  • Mosey to Whitfield Park

The Thang:

10 9 Rounds of the following (cut one round short for time):

  • 10 Extended Peter Parkers (A PP with a back leg raise) the hardway
  • 10 Hand Release Merkins
  • 10 Alternating Superman the hard way
  • Run across the park

Mosey back to the traffic circle for 20 Bill Blanks crunches (HW).

Mosey back to the fields with a burpee at every median light.

Bearcrawl/walking lunges around the palm trees until time.
