The men of F3Lutz will be absolutely Beat………….after Tuesday’s Beatdown.
It will be a Halloween themed one and hopefully fun for all…………MUUUAAAAHHHHHHAAAAAA!
Come ready for a Sweat-Fest as we all have to burn some extra calories for all the candy we will take in later in the evening!
*Incorporate some sort of Halloween costume with your workout attire and there will be a prize for the best costume among the bunch. Seriously, there will be a prize and it won’t be Burpees at the end of the beatdown. There will also be a little something for the Pax who pushes himself the hardest and gives the best effort in the gloom.
Both of these will be voted on by all the pax in attendance!!
