Mosey around the lake trail/walkway with 4 stops.
1st stop:
- 10 Merkins
- 10 Burpees
- 20 LBC’s ( sit ups )
2nd stop
- 15 squads
- 20 leg raises
- 20 side straddle hops (jumping jacks)
3rd stop
- 20 mountain climbers
- 20 flutter kicks
- 20 crunch toe touch
4th stop ( last stop will be at the lake dock )
- 10 incline irkins
- 10 bench dips
- 10 burpees
- 10 squat jumps
Mosey to the field for the next exercises:
- suicides with only 3 stops to make and use a relay formatting (will explain)
- Pax will be doing squats while partner do the suicides in the first run
- Merkins for the second run
- Leg raises for the third run
- Burpees for the fourth run

PAX handled the suicides perfectly, some were a little confused but happy to be there!!
No-See-Um continued beatdown:
Mosey to dead end for Hard 21’s. Half the pax started on one end with Merkins and other half started on other with LBC’s…..started at 21 and go down by one rep while alternating exercises and crossing over street to complete. NSU called out Bear Crawl, Crab Walk and Duck Walk once throughout the round for one leg of movement.
Slowsey now to the Dead End Roundabout.
Mary time:
Pax circled up on six and NSU called out exercises IC while each pax sprinted lap around roundabout. Boxcutters, Rosalita, Dolly, LBC, Sweat Angels, Flutters, Amercian Hammers and Plank.
Almost out of time so mosey back to courts until 2 seconds later when Grouper called out AYG (All You Got) and it was on!! Grouper took home Gold and Miley held off the old man (NSU) for the Silver 🤣
