Some days you wake up and the air is a little fresher, birds sing a little sweeter and there are just good vibes all around. Despite just four hours of sleep for YHC, this was one of those days.

At 5:30, a brief run down and the IronPax week 5 was on!

RETURN OF THE KRAKEN

Format: This workout is 5 rounds for time.

Set-up:

  • Measure out 10, 20, and 30 yards
  • Set an EMOM timer for 5 minutes.

Kraken Burpees every 5 minutes. When the EMOM timer goes off, stop what you’re doing and do 5 Kraken Burpees.

Well, that didn’t take that long so with about a little less than 15 minutes we did a little less than a mile indian run. After that, with a couple of minutes left we alternated 20 second wall sits with 20 SSH until time.
