After YHC recently completed a savage race, YHC wanted to use some of the gear acquired in my years of working out to provide PAX with some variation ITG. Allowing the naturecoast HIM to continue to develop strength in different areas. As I walked out the door I was smacked in the face with humidity and drove over to the boneyard to see 2 PAX awaiting the time, then joined by one more as we came to start time.

The Thang: Circuit Training
- 5 exercises, 10 reps each after each circuit, farmer carry the block from one lightpole to another and back.

- Pulls ups (regular or Ball hold- full pun intended)

- After completing circuit we did some mosey w/ alternating sprints.
